Most negotiations are routinely handled on a satisfactory basis. But, some negotiations have much higher than normal financial, reputational or emotional stakes. When those negotiations go badly there may be disruptions in commercial, governmental and societal relationships.

MCCA staff and independent, associated consultants have had wide experience in virtually all types of commercial negotiations, including supplier and customer negotiations, banking and venture capital negotiations and shareholder disputes.

In addition Peter McCann has experience in unique business and societal (stakeholder) negotiations and is available to assist in negotiations. His experience includes a commercial dispute involving a misunderstanding that led to implied accusations of criminal behaviour and a violent land seizure by non-governmental activists.
